In our time working with brilliant minds, we’ve noticed three distinct stages they go through in developing their Thought Leadership.
We’d love to support you, wherever you are in your journey. The descriptions below are to help you identify which stage you are in and select the services that are right for you.
STAGE 1: You are Establishing and Sharing Your Unique Leadership Perspective.
People in this stage have recently leaped into their Thought Leadership journey; however, if you asked them, they might not even identify with that title, preferring Coach, Trainer, Researcher, or Service Provider. They’ve done the foundations of defining their offer and mission, yet they are still establishing themselves in the market. They make it work with basic templates and DIY tools, but they crave more consistency and help defining where they should direct their limited creative energy. People in this stage are ready to define their point of view, and they want their materials and visuals to reflect it.
People in Stage One receive support through the Creative Strategy & Brand Boost 1:1 Intensive. Through this (approximately) month-long intensive, they will establish their Leadership brand foundations in a clear and concise way, create a strategy that feels aligned and sustainable, and receive custom brand templates that are right for their strategy.
They can also receive Micro-Design Support & Consulting, on an hourly basis when they need a design and creative boost — maybe you are developing your unique proposal, a client resource, or just need some help with a big presentation, whatever your creative needs are, we are here to help.
STAGE 2: Scaling and Amplifying Your Thought Leadership
People in this stage have been building their Thought Leadership for multiple years now. They started by focusing on 1:1 or 1:small group offerings and found great success in the space. Through this practice, they have refined their perspective and captured their knowledge in various presentations, resources, and other materials; however, they know deep down they aren’t doing their wisdom justice. They dream of feeling fully equipped with cohesive resources and materials that they can easily share with clients without the slog that comes with reactively creating them. People in this stage feel increasing time constraints and know it is time to fully step into their Zone of Genius and allow support from a team of experts.
People in stage one receive support through the 12-week Creative Project & Support Sprints. (COMING SOON) This container provides ongoing and consistent support, with clear project goals, while allowing flexibility for the things that pop up. Through this collaboration, people in Stage 2 can move the dial on finally creating the resources, course, and/or materials they’ve been envisioning. They not only receive design support but also a creative and productive container that feels sustainable and successful.
They can also receive Micro-Design Support & Consulting, on an hourly basis, when they need a design and creative boost. If people in Stage 2 want to audit their brand and strategize creative projects before diving into a full sprint, they are more than welcome to participate in a Creative Strategy & Brand Boost 1:1 Intensive.
STAGE 3: Building and Solidifying Your Leadership Legacy
People in this stage own a boutique consulting services company. They’ve formulated systems, Trademarked frameworks, and sold training to organizations for 6-7 figures. They desire consistent support but aren’t ready to hire a full-time senior designer and creative strategist. People in this stage require top quality without the energy and time cost of training someone. They want their materials to elevate their leadership and solidify their ideas. They need a team to constantly be pushing for better and improving the experience their company provides. As a business owner and thought leader, their time is valuable and limited, so they need people who can run with ideas and execute seamlessly.
People in this stage receive support through Selena Co’s Fractional Design & Strategy Services. (COMING SOON) This way, they receive the support, design skills, and strategic thought partnership without investing in a full-time, more junior designer. This multi-month container provides ongoing, consistent support, with clear project planning and goals while allowing flexibility to handle ad hoc requests.
They can also receive Micro-Design Support & Consulting, on an hourly basis, when they need a design and creative boost. If people in Stage 3 want to audit their brand and strategize creative projects before diving into a full sprint, they are more than welcome to participate in a Creative Strategy & Brand Boost 1:1 Intensive.

Selena is not your average graphic designer who’s priority is to make bold and beautiful logos and visual identities — although if that’s what you’re looking for she’ll set you up with some amazing teams.

As a true multi-passionate and multidimensional gal, Selena brings her coaching, facilitation, and training experience into her design work. This means you get a unique perspective and brain to tap into when it comes to learning and instructional design because she knows all sides of the experience — Teacher, Facilitator, Student, Coach, Designer, and Program. Selena is continuously updating her skills in this space and staying in touch with best practices. Consulting & Project Management
Project plans… they're our bread and butter. When you work with us, we’ll help you get clear on all the juicy project details — from timelines, goals, intrinsic and extrinsic motivators, to weekly task breakdowns. We know time and energy are finite resources (sadly), so we want to avoid losses by getting crystal clear first. Selena brings a coach approach to consulting, pulling out the core aspects and goals, then forming a strategy and plan that is sustainable and aligned to you, your business, and your life.
